Our Process

Our practice is structured to guide our customers from concept to completion in line with your requirements and the size of your project.


Research and Ideation

We begin with a client meeting to discuss the brief, design strategy and key ideas. Together we’ll agree a purpose to drive the design and ensure we are working towards the goal - be it business growth; building customer loyalty or creating an authentic brand experience.

Next, we create mood boards to capture the look and feel of the project. This sets the tone for the design and serves as a reference point throughout the process. This stage may also include customer and site operation research. We always endeavour to understand the needs and wants of those inhabiting or working in the spaces we create.

Design Concept Development

Here we begin with a site survey to understand the space and measure up. We then create 3D visuals, to scale, allowing you to get a real sense of how your space will come together and operate. We’ll meet to gather feedback and apply any changes to the visuals. This allows us to provide the most accurate reference images of how your space will look.


Specification and Technical Drawings

Once the design is approved, we can specify all material, lighting, joinery & tiling finishes. We can also create a general assembly drawing pack for any bespoke joinery in the concept.


Sourcing

We provide a sourcing service to help you bring your design to life. We’ll give you a shopping list with links to furniture, lighting, flooring and accessories such as artwork and decorative items.

Design Management

We can work with your chosen builder or contractor to ensure the design is installed as per the agreed vision. We can be on hand to approve any modified finishes or adjustments to the design as they arise during fit out.
